Our Service
Pawzy is a pet health tracking application. We provide tools to track vaccinations, medications, weight, symptoms, and other health information for your pets. Our service is designed to help you stay organized and informed about your pet's health.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use Pawzy. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all pet data and content you add to Pawzy. By using our service, you grant us permission to store, display, and process this information solely to provide our service to you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
AI Health Assistant
Woofy, our AI assistant, provides general pet health information only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns about your pet. Never delay seeking veterinary care based on information from Woofy.
Payments & Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed at signup. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including accounts used for spam, abuse, or illegal activities. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
